Where should I stay for the weekend?
We have arranged for a room block at Hilton Parsippany, which is conveniently located between Aashirwad Palace and Crystal Plaza. Click here for more details and to book through our discounted block rate (includes daily breakfast for 2 adults & children ages 4 and younger). Please note that the room block will close on May 30, 2025.
The room type I am looking for is not listed on your room block website. What should I do?
If you are booking connecting rooms or another room type, please call Hilton Parsippany directly at (973) 267-7373 to make your reservation and mention the Moondra-Kothari wedding (group code 91G) to take advantage of the special rate for your booking.
Should I book lodging for the night of Sunday, June 29th?
The reception will end at midnight on the evening of Sunday, June 29. We recommend booking your hotel room for checkout on Monday, June 30.
How do I RSVP?
Please navigate here to complete the RSVP process for you and the rest of your party. Find your invitation by typing in your first and last name. Make sure to RSVP for yourself and all members of your party for each event, even if he/she is not attending. You will receive confirmation of all of the events for which you have submitted an RSVP to the email that you provide. Should your plans change, please be sure to update your RSVP prior to the deadline, May 30, 2025.
How do I get to the events?
Shuttle service will be provided on Sunday, June 29 for guests staying within the Moondra/Kothari wedding block at Hilton Parsippany. Both Aashirwad Palace and Crystal Plaza are a short drive away from the hotel. There will be parking available at Aashirwad Palace and valet parking at Crystal Plaza.
Are children invited? Can I bring a guest?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Aside from the baraat (groom’s procession), our main wedding events will be indoors. Guests can gather in the outdoor courtyards for lunch and the pre-reception cocktail hour, weather permitting. There will be no scheduled events on grass.
What do I wear and where exactly do I buy Indian wedding clothes?
